We are here for you
Polaris is going to be run in a way which puts all of your needs first. We will never judge you and we will do all we can to help you. Each day will run how you want it to. We won’t tell you what to do or how to do it, that is up to you but whatever you decide, we will support you.

We will listen to you
Our job is not to make you listen to us, our job is to listen to you and find out what you need, what you want or what would make things easier for you. We will provide academic support as well as emotional support and when things get a bit too much, we will be there for you and listen to what you need in that moment. You can talk to us at any point about anything – from school work to friendship issues, from family problems to a chit chat about something you are interested in – we will listen.ou.

We care about you
To us it is simple – you are important. You deserve (and are legally entitled!) to have access to an education which works for you. Whatever works for you, works for us. We will never judge you and we will work with you in a way which puts your needs first, at all times.

There is no pressure
The environment at Polaris will be pressure free. We will never say “you have to do this” or “you should be working like this, not like that” because your education is yours to own! We will never put pressure on you to work in a certain way or to get something done by a certain time because we know that can be really stressful and unfair. What we will do is listen to you and the way you work and respect that at all times.
