Teacher of Dance (part-time) – 2 TO 3 HOURS PER WEEK


Are you interested in helping to teach a group of GCSE Dance students who are passionate about their subject?  Newmarket Academy is seeking to employ a part-time Dance Teacher. With the support of a Dance expert in the Trust, and working alongside a qualified PE teacher, we are seeking to employ a Dance specialist to support the students as they work towards their assessment. The role will focus on the delivery of the practical elements of the programme. Some knowledge of the new GCSE Dance would be an advantage. We anticipate a commitment of approximately two hours per week, which will need to be on a Wednesday morning for this academic year.

The school is a growing 11-16 school part of the Samuel Ward Multi Academy Trust who will support the successful applicant with both training and career developments. The Trust currently supports ten schools and is able to offer bespoke CPD opportunities.
